银星综合楼设计毕业论文

摘 要

本次毕业设计的内容是南京银星综合楼的设计。建筑主体总高度为22.200m,6层,局部2层。根据建筑的使用功能、房屋的高度与层数、场地条件、结构材料以及施工技术等因素综合考虑,采用钢框架结构体系;因层数适中,地基土的承载力可以满足承载力要求和沉降要求,所以采用独立基础。本设计主要通过工程实例加强大学学习的知识,建立完整的设计知识体系,了解设计的全过程。通过查阅大量的文献及规范,提高自己的实践能力。

根据不同作用力的作用选择计算方法,采用“D值法”计算框架刚度,采用“底部剪力法”计算水平地震作用,在竖向荷载作用下采用“分层法”,采用“反弯点法”计算风荷载作用下的内力。

关键词:钢框架结构;内力分析;节点设计

The design of Nanjing Silver Star composite building

Abstract

The design of this graduation project is Nanjing Silver Star complex building.The total height of the main body is 22.200m on the 6 floor of the building.The steel frame structure system is adopted according to the use function of the building, the height of the house and the number of layers, the site conditions, the structure material and the construction technology.Due to the moderate number of layers, the bearing capacity of foundation soil can meet the requirements of bearing capacity and settlement.This design mainly through engineering examples to strengthen the knowledge of the University, establish a complete design knowledge system, understand the whole design process, through consulting a large number of documents and standards, to improve their own practical ability.

According to the different selection methods, the frame stiffness "D" is calculated, and the bending point method is used to calculate the "bottom shear" by horizontal seismic load, to stratification under vertical load and to calculate the internal force of wind load.
