摘 要

本次设计任务的主要目的是青年公寓楼。内容主要包括建筑设计、结构设计两个部分。毕业设计是土木工程专业的必修课程,也是对大学四年所学课程的系统性考核,本次设计是公寓楼设计,主体结构为钢框架结构,建筑层数定为四层。根据设计要求,设防烈度为7度,设计中考虑了水平地震的影响作用。计算书中包括建筑部分、结构部分、连接部分、基础等。以及根据任务书定出各层平面图及平面布置。

钢框架结构是本次设计的主体。在根据设计要求而布置的平面图中,选取计算一榀框架,先预估框架梁柱截面尺寸的选取及线刚度的计算;再根据所给条件 计算恒载、活载、地震作用作用下梁端、柱端弯矩、剪力的计算;框架内力组合;框架梁柱强度验算;楼梯配筋计算及基础配筋计算等。楼梯采用钢筋混凝土板式楼梯;整个方案设计基本符合设计和结构要求,具有一定的合理性。

通过对公寓楼楼层平面图、剖面图、构造图的绘制和结构的设计,熟悉了设计的全过程,掌握了结构设计计算的基本方法,创造性地完成了毕业设计任务。同时,对所学的专业知识和基本概念有了更深的理解,从而提高了分析和解决实际问题的能力。

Abstract

The main purpose of this design task is the youth apartment building. The content mainly includes two parts: architectural design and structural design. Graduation design is a required course for civil engineering majors, and it is also a systematic assessment of the four-year university courses. This design is an apartment building design. The main structure is a steel frame structure, and the building layer number is set to four levels. According to the design requirements, the fortification intensity is 7 degrees, and the influence of the horizontal earthquake is considered in the design. The calculation book includes the building part, the structure part, the connection part, and the foundation. And according to the mission statement, the floor plans and floor plans are laid out.

The main structure of this program is a two-way load-bearing framework. After calculating the load and estimating the cross section of the member, a frame was selected for calculation. The calculation includes the selection of the frame section size and the calculation of the stiffness of the beam; the beam end and the end bending moment under the action of the dead load, live load, and wind , shear force calculation; frame internal force combination; frame beam strength check calculation; calculation of staircase reinforcement and basic reinforcement calculation. Stairs use reinforced concrete slab stairs; the overall design of the plan basically meets the requirements of design and structure, and has certain rationality.

Through the drawing and structural design of the floor plans, sections and structures of apartment buildings, the whole process of design was familiarized with, the basic methods of structural design calculations were mastered, and the graduation design tasks were creatively completed. At the same time, they have a deeper understanding of the professional knowledge and basic concepts they have learned, thereby improving their ability to analyze and solve practical problems.

1、建筑设计资料

1.1 建筑性质:综合接待、住宿建筑。

1.2 建筑面积:3000㎡左右。

1.3 建筑组成: 住宿部分(2000~2500㎡):25~30㎡/间,每间自带卫生间,间数自定; 可设一定比例的套间,间数自定; 每层设开水间、会客室、储藏室等各1间,面积自定; 服务管理部分(300~800㎡) 大活动室:80~100㎡/间,1间;小活动室:40~60㎡/间,2~3间; 管理室20~25㎡/间,1~2间; 门厅、过厅、走道、接待室、工作人员卫生间、配电室、值班室及其他辅助用房根据需要设置,面积自定。
