摘 要

本设计对盾构隧道的设计内容主要包括盾构隧道衬砌的分块和结构的设计,对隧道衬砌内力的计算采用自由变形均质圆环法,并进行衬砌配筋计算和结构验算。在防水设计中遵循“防、排、截、堵相结合,因地制宜,综合治理”的原则,采用完整的防排水体系,使隧道内防水可靠,排水通畅,保证运营期间隧道内不渗不漏,基本干燥。进行较完整的施工组织设计,包括施工组织设计目标、工程地质条件、隧道施工条件、施工准备、施工工艺和流程、管片生产、管片运输和衬砌拼装施工、安全保证措施、质量控制措施和文明施工措施等环节。

Abstract

This design content mainly includes the design of shield tunnel block and the structure of shield tunnel lining design, for the calculation of internal force of tunnel lining the free deformation homogeneous circle method is adopted, and lining reinforcement calculation and structure calculation.In the drainage design, follow the principle of "combination of prevention, discharge, cutting and blocking, and local conditions and comprehensive management".Adopt the complete waterproof system, make the tunnel waterproof and reliable, drain well, ensure that the tunnel is not leaky during operation, and basically dry.Carry out the complete construction organization design.Including the construction organization design goal, engineering geological conditions, tunnel construction condition, construction preparation, construction technology and process, the segment production, assembling segment transport and lining construction, safety guarantee measures and quality control measures and civilized construction measures.
