摘 要

本工程为佛山科学技术学院自动化学院办公楼,为钢筋混凝土多层框架结构。共六层,层高均为3.00m,建筑总高度24.00m,建筑面积8000m2。在国家现行规范的要求下,进行合理的平面布置、PKPM建模、手算一榀框架和施工图设计等。

本设计书包括:建筑设计,结构设计,施工组织设计三个部分。建筑设计部分,在给定的设计要求内,对内部使用空间进行划分,经过合理布置后,运用 AutoCAD 软件绘制主平面图、立面图、剖面图。结构设计部分,第一阶段首先根据建筑施工图及结构布置原则布置结构构件,确定结构方案。并根据结构方案和有关国家规范,进行结构设计并进行 PKPM 电算。通过电算对整体结构进行计算分析。第二阶段为结构手算部分,选取一榀框架,计算一榀框架在恒荷载、活荷载、风荷载和地震荷载作用下的内力。并进行基础、楼梯等设计。最后进行施工组织设计。

ABSTRACT

This project is the office building of automation college of Foshan University. It is a reinforced concrete multi-storey frame structure. There are six stories, the height is 3.00m, the total height is 24.00m, and the building area is 8000m2. In accordance with the requirements of the state's current codes, reasonable layout, PKPM modeling, manual calculation of a frame and construction drawing design are carried out.

This design book includes three parts: architectural design, structural design, and construction organization design. In the design part of the building, within the given design requirements, the internal use space is divided. After a reasonable arrangement, the AutoCAD software is used to draw the main plane map, the elevation map and the profile. In the first part of the structural design part, the structural plan is determined according to the construction plan and the structural layout principle. According to the structural plan and the relevant national standards, the structural design is carried out and PKPM computerization is carried out. The whole structure is calculated and analyzed by electrical calculation. In the second stage, a frame is selected to calculate the internal force of a frame under constant load, live load, wind load and earthquake load. And carry on the foundation, the staircase and so on design. Finally, the construction organization design is carried out.
