摘 要

我国公路建设发展迅速，已成为世界第二大公路拥有国。随着我国公路使用期的延长，将陆续进入维修养护时期。沥青路面在我国公路中占有很大的比重。近年来，沥青路面在各种自然因素及行车荷载的作用下，出现了沥青老化脱落、裂缝、松散、车辙等早期病害。沥青路面的早期损坏影响了路面行驶质量，缩短了沥青路面使用寿命。沥青路面急需养护，而预防性养护能有效解决上述早期损坏，且费用低廉。

本文结合国内外研究现状，通过收集资料、阅读整理大量文献，总结了沥青路面的破坏状态及成因；归纳了沥青路面预防性养护的定义、目的和意义；并推荐了公路沥青路面预防性养护应采用的方法；综合多种预防性养护决策方法进行养护时机和措施的选择。

Discussion on Preventive Maintenance Technology of Asphalt Pavement

Abstract

The rapid development of China's highway construction has become the second largest road owner in the world. With the extension of the road use period in China, it will enter the maintenance and repair period one after another. Asphalt pavement occupies a large proportion in the roads of our country. In recent years, under the influence of various natural factors and driving loads, asphalt pavements have experienced early damages such as asphalt aging, cracks, looseness, and rutting. Early damage to the asphalt surface affects the quality of the road surface and shortens the service life of the asphalt pavement. Asphalt pavements are in urgent need of maintenance, and preventive maintenance can effectively solve the above-mentioned early damages, and the cost is low.

Combining the research status at home and abroad, this paper collects data, reads and collates a large number of documents, summarizes the damage status and causes of asphalt pavement, summarizes the definition, purpose, and significance of preventive maintenance of asphalt pavement, and recommends preventive maintenance for highway asphalt pavements. The method used; a variety of preventive maintenance decision-making methods for the choice of conservation opportunities and measures.

1 前言

沥青路面在路面建成通车以后，由于高温、降水、冻融循环以及车辆荷载的作用，会造成路面开裂等病害，降低了其路面使用性能，同时减少了服役寿命。针对沥青路面的预防性养护技术可以保持和提高路面的使用性能，延长使用寿命，减少长期养护费用的支出，是一种比较经济的路面养护手段。SHRP的研究表明，在路面使用状况较好的条件下，选择合理的预防性养护手段及时对路面进行养护，可以延长通车时间，推迟大中修和重建的时间，节约大中修成本的80%，从而减少全寿命周期内的费用，获得良好的费用效益比。
