摘 要

根据毕业设计任务书的要求，进行了宁海公司综合楼结构设计。在给定建筑图的条件下，根据国家现行建筑、结构规范，综合运用所学基础课、专业课知识和相关技术进行设计，并绘制结构施工图。本设计总体分为以下几个部分，一、确定结构方案，进行结构平面图布置；二、对基础、楼梯部分，运用钢筋混凝土结构原理以及结构力学等专业知识，进行结构内力计算及配筋设计；三、运用PKPM结构设计辅助软件，对结构进行电算，绘制施工图，导出结构计算配筋图并运用AutoCAD完善结构平面图及配筋图。

前言

本设计涉及的内容包括土力学、基础工程、混凝土结构设计、结构力学等。要求将大学中所学习过的课程经过系统的理解融会贯通，并通过查阅资料、计算设计、论文撰写，加深对规范、课本等相关内容的理解；巩固专业知识、提高综合分析、解决问题的能力。要求绘图时熟练掌握AutoCAD，PKPM，从不同方面综合达到毕业设计的目的与要求。

运用PKPM结构设计软件进行电算，运用AutoCAD完善结构平面图、配筋图、基础楼梯详图，通过毕业设计巩固、理解和扩展所学知识，并综合运用所学知识和相关技能，锻炼独立思考的人生作风，增强实践和提高解决实际工程问题的能力，并使工程制图、理论分析、工程实践、计算机应用等综合能力得到锻炼和提高。本次毕业设计是步入社会前的一次演习，是为以后工作铺垫的一次必不可少的锻炼。

1.1建筑概况

本工程为宁海公司综合楼结构设计，七层，无地下室，结构高度为29m。建筑结构类型为框架结构，主要材料为钢筋混凝土，属于丙类建筑，使用年限为50年，抗震设防烈度6度。耐火等级为二级。本工程板、梁、柱采用C30混凝土，基础垫层采用C15混凝土。
