木结构休闲别墅设计毕业论文

摘 要

本次毕业设计的内容为对安徽合肥某地的木结构别墅进行结构设计和分析。该建筑为地上三层的休闲别墅,主体高度约为13.72m。综合考虑建筑的使用功能、高度、场地条件、结构材料及施工技术等因素,选定其结构体系为轻型木结构;考虑到结构荷载较小以及建筑场地和地基岩土条件,在主体结构部分选用浅基础中的墙下条形基础,而外走廊部分采用柱下独立基础。本次设计的前期主要任务是依据项目概况进行建筑设计及建筑图的绘制,中期任务为根据完成的建筑图进行结构设计,运用SAP2000等分析软件建立有限元模型进行结构分析,并验算结构构件承载力,进行基础、楼梯工程的设计,后期主要任务为绘制施工图、编写设计说明和结构计算书。

Structure analysis of Wooden Recreational villa

ABSTRACT

The study mainly focus on the structural design and analysis of a wooden villa in Hefei of Anhui province. The building ,with three levels on the ground, belongs to the recreational villa, about 13.72 meters. In the design it as light wood structure, many factors are considered, namely the using function, the height, site condition, structural material and construction technology. In view of the small structural load and the site condition, the study choose the strip foundation under the wall in the major structure, while selecting the single foundation under column in the corridor. In the early stage of the project, we focus on the design of architectural according to the engineering situation. Then, the finite element model was built by SAP2000 to analysis the response of structure under the load. Whether the bearing capacity can meet the criterion is also talked about in the paper. What’s more, the design also includes the foundations and stairs. Lastly, based on the design results, the construction drawings, the design specification and the structure statement are made.
