新型大流动性灌浆料凝结时间与流动性能研究毕业论文

摘 要

新型大流动性水泥基灌浆料是以大流动性为主要特点并具备低收缩,低水胶比等优良性能的新型灌浆材料。本文通过对新型水泥基灌浆料的流动性能、力学强度、凝结时间以及体积稳定性能进行试验,研究新型大流动性灌浆料凝结时间与流动性能的影响规律。其主要内容可分为以下方面:

(1)对新型大流动性水泥基灌浆料进行了配合比拟定。水泥基灌浆材料的流动性能会因水胶比的增大而提高,但其强度会因此降低;砂胶比对灌浆材料体积稳定性影响较大;减水剂掺量对各项性能有较大影响作用。

(2)水泥砂浆灌浆料相对于水泥净浆灌浆料,强度更高。但净浆流动性要优于砂浆,且流动性能随水胶比的变化而更稳定。在相同条件下,净浆强度要低于砂浆强度,不过砂浆的体积稳定性要好于净浆,因此水泥砂浆灌浆料总体性能要优于水泥净浆灌浆料。

(3) 水泥基灌浆材料中,水胶比越大,流动性能越好,相应的凝结时间也就越长。同时水泥浆体的凝结时间也收到水泥水化速度以及温度等影响。想要在低水胶比的情况下保持高流动性且凝结时间也不会过长的方法是掺入1.0%左右的高效减水剂。

Research on the setting time and flow performance of new type large flowing grouting material

ABSTRACT

The new high fluidity of cement grout material with liquidity as the main characteristics and have low shrinkage, low water binder ratio and excellent performance of the new type of grouting material. The flow performance of new cement based grouting material through mechanical strength, setting time and volume stability test to study high fluidity of grouting material influence of setting time and flow performance. The research work carried out in this paper and the results are followed:

(1) The model of high fluidity cement based grouting material was prepared. The fluidity of cement based grouting materials will be improved due to the increase of water cement ratio, but its intensity will therefore be reduced; the sand binder ratio on volume stability of grouting material greater impact; super plasticizer has great effect on the performance.

(2) The cement mortar grouting material with cement paste grouting material, higher strength. But the fluidity of paste is superior to the mortar and the change of flow properties with water binder ratio and more stable. Under the same conditions, the paste strength is lower than the strength of mortar, but the volume stability of mortar is better than the paste, therefore the cement mortar grouting the material is better than the overall performance of the cement paste grouting material.

(3) In the cement grout material, the greater the water cement ratio, the better the flow performance, the corresponding coagulation time is longer. At the same time, the setting time of cement paste also receives the influence of cement hydration rate and temperature. In the case of low water cement ratio, the method of maintaining high fluidity and short setting time is add about 1% super plasticizer.
