六合招兵河大桥施工图设计毕业论文

摘 要

按照毕业设计任务书提供的设计资料和要求,进行了六合招兵河大桥施工图

设计。选定了 35m 48m 29m的预应力混凝土变截面连续箱梁桥作为最终设计方

案。根据连续梁桥设计特点,再结合本桥的实际情况,拟定了合理的结构细部尺

寸。进行主梁永久作用和可变作用的内力计算,并进行作用效应组合,计算设计

内力。通过使用 Midas/Civil 软件建立全桥模型进行计算分析,本桥采用悬臂浇

筑施工方法,按施工阶段对全桥进行了节段划分,对恒载、二期恒载、温度变化

的内力分别进行了计算,并进行了内力组合,得到内力包络图,根据内力包络图

估算了预应力筋的数量,并进行了预应力筋的设计。最后,根据桥涵设计规范,

对两个控制截面进行了强度、应力、抗裂以及变形验算,计算结果表明各项指标

均满足公路桥涵施工设计规范的要求。

Abstract

According to the design materials and requirements provided by the graduation design assignment, the design of the construction drawing of the liuhe recruitment river bridge was carried out. The prestressed concrete variable section continuous box girder bridge with 35m 48m 29m was selected as the final design scheme. According to the design features of the continuous girder bridge, the reasonable structure details are proposed according to the actual situation of this bridge. The internal force calculation of the permanent and variable effects of the main girder is carried out, and the effect combination is carried out to calculate the internal force of the design. By using Midas/Civil calculation and analysis software to establish the whole bridge model, the bridge adopts the cantilever construction method, according to the segment of the whole bridge construction stage, the phase ii of dead load and dead load and temperature change of internal forces are calculated respectively, and the combination of internal force, internal force envelope diagram, according to the internal force envelope diagram to estimate the number of prestressed tendons, and the design of the prestressed reinforcement. , in the end, according to the bridge and culvert design specifications of the two control section strength, stress, crack and deformation calculation, the calculation results show that the indicators meet the requirement of design code of highway bridge construction.
