摘 要

本项目位于河南省,为洛嵩一级公路A标段施工图设计。本项目为新建公路,要求根据所测地形图及相关的补充测设资料,充分考虑各种主客观因素,设计一条技术上可行,经济上合理,各项指标满足规范要求的道路。本设计根据既定的资料,确定该公路等级为一级公路,设计速度为100 km/h。主要完成路线平面图、路线纵断面图、路基横断面图、路基排水设计图、路面结构图等的绘制及计算。

本次洛嵩一级公路的平纵横设计采用纬地道路设计软件进行设计。全线长 6904.373 m,由五段直线和四段平曲线组成。由于项目地处丘陵区,地势稍有起伏,故竖曲线设置了十个变坡点。路基宽度为3226 m(土路肩1 m×2,硬路肩3 m×2,行车道3.75 m×4,左右路缘带0.5 m),双向四车道。不设超高路段的行车道及硬路肩路拱横坡采用2.0%,土路肩路拱横坡4.0%。

沥青路面结构设计采用 HPDS 路面设计软件进行设计。面层采用 3 层结构,上面层采用4 cm 厚的细粒式沥青玛蹄脂碎石SMA-13,中面层采用6 cm厚的中粒式沥青混凝土AC-20C,下面层采用 8 cm 厚的粗粒式沥青混凝土AC-25C。路面基层采用40 cm厚的水泥稳定碎石,底基层采用20 cm级配碎石。

Design of Construction Drawings for Section A of the Luosong First Class Highway

ABSTRACT

The project is located in Henan Province and is designed for the construction of Section A of the Luosong First Class Highway. The project is a newly-built highway. It is required to fully consider various subjective and objective factors based on the topographic maps and related supplementary surveying data, and to design a road that is technically feasible, economically reasonable, and meets the requirements of specifications. The design is in accordance with established information to determine the rating of the interchange, and the design speed of the road is 100 km/h, mainly to complete the route plan, route profile view, cross sectional view of the roadbed, subgrade drainage design, road construction, etc.

Hint CAD are applied for road route design. The design length of the line is 6904.373 m, consisting of five straight lines and four horizontal lines. Due to the fact that the project is located in the hilly area and the terrain is slightly ups and downs, ten slope points are set on the vertical curve. Subgrade width is 26 m (soil shoulder is 1 m × 2, hard shoulder is 3 m×2, marginal strip is 0.75 m × 2, lane-width is 3.75×4 m), and the road has four traffic lane. The cross slope of the carriageway and hard shoulder crown which have no ultra-high is 2.0%, and soil shoulder crown cross slope is 4.0%.

HPDS pavement design software is applied for Asphalt pavement structure design. The layer adopts three structure, the top layer uses fine grained stone mastic asphalt SMA-13 with thickness of 4 cm, the following layer adopts 6 cm thick medium grained asphalt concrete AC-20C, the last layer adopts 8 cm thick coarse asphalt concrete AC-25C. The base course adopts 40 cm cement stabilized macadam, the last base course adopts 20 cm lime fly-ash soil.
