摘 要

橡胶沥青作为一种高品质的粘结剂,在多种类型的沥青路面施工中发挥着重要的作用。目前,橡胶沥青的湿法施工工艺已经较为成熟,应用也较为广泛,但是其施工工艺较为复杂,设备成本高昂,不能很好的被施工单位所接受,显示出其在大规模推广上的短板。另一方面,因为干法施工工艺在国内研究起步较晚,加之没有相应的技术指南和相关规范指导,其应用和发展受到了很大的制约。为此,本文以直投式新型干法橡胶沥青为例对干法工艺进行了系统研究,得到了干法橡胶沥青混合料的设计方法和施工参数、工艺,为后续其作为全国工法推广做好一定铺垫。

首先,通过收集国内外橡胶沥青的发展历史及状况,我国与国外在橡胶沥青应用上存在较大的差距,并了解我国橡胶沥青发展不足的相关原因,于是提出一系列指导性的意见。并对干法和湿法做出了基础性的介绍,由此推出本次在汕头滨海大道上的应用的工法为直投式新型干法橡胶沥青。

其次,从微观的角度,解释了橡胶沥青作用机理。目前关于橡胶沥青的作用机理有溶胀降解机理、化学共混机理、物理共混机理等。即使如此,这些理论有是相互交叉的。通过机理的研究与分析,对于确定合理的制备工艺有所帮助。

再次,从宏观的角度,对相关原材料进行了检测和研究,对混合料的路用性能进行了实验并分析。并最终确定了干法橡胶沥青混合料的胶结料组成与设计研究。

最后,在工程实际应用方面,提出了一定的指导性意见,并展示了直投式新型干法橡胶沥青独有的经济和环保优势。

Study on application of rubber asphalt mixture in Shantou Binhai Avenue

ABSTRACT

As a kind of high quality binder, rubber asphalt plays an important role in the construction of various types of asphalt pavement. At present, the wet construction technology of rubber asphalt has been more mature, but also the wider application of the construction technology is complex, the high cost of equipment, the construction units are not well accepted, showing its short board in the large-scale promotion of the. On the other hand, because of the late start of dry construction technology in China, and the lack of corresponding technical guidelines and relevant standards guidance, its application and development have been greatly restricted. To this end, the DVS new dry asphalt rubber case was studied on the dry process, the design method of dry rubber asphalt mixture and construction parameters and process for its follow-up as the groundwork for the promotion of good method.

First of all, the history and development status at home and abroad collection of rubber asphalt, rubber asphalt in our country and abroad application, there is a big gap between the relevant reasons and understand China's rubber asphalt under development, and put forward a series of guiding opinions. And made a basic introduction to the dry and wet, which launched this in the Shantou Binhai Avenue on the application of the method for DVS new dry rubber asphalt.

Secondly, the mechanism of rubber asphalt is explained from the microscopic point of view. At present, the mechanism of rubber asphalt has swelling and degradation mechanism, chemical blending mechanism and physical blending mechanism. Even so, these theories are overlapping. Through the research and analysis of mechanism, it is helpful to determine the reasonable preparation process.

Thirdly, from the macroscopic point of view, the relevant raw materials are tested and studied, and the road performance of the mixture is tested and analyzed. Finally, the composition and design of cementing material of dry rubber asphalt mixture were determined.

Finally, in the actual engineering practice, puts forward some guiding ideas, and demonstrated the economic and environmental advantages of DVS unique new dry rubber asphalt.

改革开放以来,我国经济高速发展,截止2016年底,我国公路运营总里程已达469.04万公里,其中高速公路达13万公里[1],与此同时,运输行业的跨越式发展,尤其是快递行业,更是直接对我国道路提出了更高的要求。一方面,随着我国道路的新建,路网更加发达,交流更加便利快捷,极大地促进了中高级道路的建设。另一方面,沥青混凝土逐渐不能满足道路的使用要求,严重影响了交通保障水平。
